…We strongly suggest using your desktop/laptop to purchase/license your music rather than a mobile phone. After some informal testing we’ve found the checkout process can be unpredictable and even a bit frustratingly inconsistent on smartphones at times. We’d like to improve it but this happens on the payment processing (PayPal) end of things beyond our site. 

…A happy part of purchasing on your desktop/laptop is it makes importing your new music into your audio player/system easier. iPhones won’t allow importing your purchases directly into Apple Music/iTunes player (though you can download them to Files or Notes and move them later on your desktop machine). All that said the quickest easiest route to getting new music and happy dancing is purchasing with your desktop.

…The checkout/cart process on desktop/laptop has shown to work smoothly using Safari, Firefox & Chrome with Paypal and Credit Card options. When checking out on mobile, Safari seems to work best with Apple Pay, and Chrome seems best with PayPal. Firefox can be a challenge. Browsing tunes is great on any flavor mobile though
